I've been studying human nutrition for about 2 years now. The other posters are correct. This is a plan that will assure that you will have trouble. Even if you get to be an unhealthy 95 pounds, your body will retain unflattering fat because it recognizes this diet as a period of starvation. You should eat at least ten times your ideal weight in calories each day. Lean muscle mass stores seven times the calories as the equivalent fat weight. Green tea is not a magic bullet.
A better approach is to get into a balanced pure vegetarian diet program along with a free weight training program. Vegetarians tend toward the slender side and are definitely healthier than those on the standard American diet (SAD). Svelt lean muscle mass is far more attractive than a person who looks like they were in a prison camp.
Your approach will assure a paunchy anorexic look.

Eat practical meals and plan ahead. Think out your meals at the end of the prior week or a day or 2 before you go shopping. Start a new way of eating. New habits.
Get in lots of grains. Whole grains especially. Eat lots and lots of vegetables. Fruits are good too, but don't over do them as they are not as low in calories.
Look for low calorie foods. There are generic ones out there so it's not as expensive as it once was. I buy things like light bread and light English Muffins, fat free cottage cheese, cream cheese and mayonaisse. Lean meats too. Fill up on beans too. Just remember to buy BEANO. :0)
Change/alter some of your recipes. Instead of putting 2 lbs of ground beef into your spaghetti sauce, for example, put in 1 lbs of (93%) ground beef and add a medium zucchini (diced up into small cubes) and a medium onion. Maybe some mushrooms too. Same can go for chili and sloppy joes.
Walk places you go if it's they're not too far away. I walk to work and home. (46 minutes average for a round trip).

Maintainance is the hard part because there isn't a goal to reach for. It's more boring. It definitely helps to get rid of your "fat clothes." That gives me reason to maintain. I don't want to go out and buy all new clothes again. I don't let myself gain more than 5 lbs. If I get that high, I cut down on what I eat until I get back at the weight where I like to be. It's easier to lose 5lbs than 10lbs. So, in the words of Barney Fife, I like to "nip it in the bud" before I lose control.
