Do You Need Any More Tips for Healthy Skin?
Just open any women’s or lifestyle magazine and you’ll be bombarded with the latest and best advice and opinion on how to look after your skin.
The list of tips for healthy skin are as long as your arm, and we often lose sight of which tip to follow or do. What with the general health information overload it’s no wonder more and more of us simply switch off when another tip is mentioned.
That’s not saying you should always ignore such advice, as a lot of it is based on sound science and common sense. Many of us tho quickly tire of such tips as drink plenty of water, sleep and eat well and stay out of the sun. What I’m after is uncovering something that will help me in keeping a healthy complexion, without always having to break the bank.
Too few of us are in that league of people that can pay a visit to their local cosmetic clinic for a quick nip and tuck in the right places. No, us mere mortals have to find our answers and tips for healthy skin elsewhere. But, what I have also discovered is the knowledge of what to avoid when making my choice of skincare products.
That has inevitably drawn me to look at those that have as large or total percentage of what’s inside, sourced from natural ingredients. I’ve come to one or two conclusions during my research that have caused me to rethink what I now buy. One is that many of these brand name products have included ingredients that on closer inspection have little sense or purpose in being there.
Worse still, if you believe some research and reports, they are a potential long term health threat, as they penetrate your skin and enter your body.
Maybe some of these tips for healthy skin should start to include a health warning stamped across them!

As for your akin..i would def reccommend proactive for the breakouts..i use it once a day..at nighttime..and it works wonders..ive been using it for YEARS..and those acne scars..you can get some sort of toner or blemish cleanser..i love phisoderm blemish cleanser..and some Aveeno complexion cleanser..it comes out as a foam..the aveeno one is a little less harsh. i use one of those for in the morning. and for your hair. Just make sure you get trims regularly to kep the end healthy and keep it growing.Noxema make ur skin feel really clean..but i dont think it ever helped me with my scars. my skin looks amazing compared to what it use to look like.
***And toilet seat covers in public bathroom..are made of the same stuff as oil blotting sheets..dab on ur face and it sucks oils right out =) learned that from the tyra show

you should try liquid on top and bottom.
when you put it on the bottom just remeber to wipe off the excess fluid on some tissue paper.
here are some tips
foundation/bronzer/blush tips!
-before you start doing any of that,
wash your face, tone it, and moisturize!
you need a clean face and all the dirt and oil needs to be gone.
the moisturizer primes your face, and helps the foundation blush and bronzer last longer, and makes it easiar to take off after.
-dont put the foundation everywhere unless you really need to.
remember less is more!
-try using pressed foundations instead of liquids. its easiar to blend it in your skin, and its easiar to take off.
-put bronzer over your nose, cheeks and forhead for a sunkissed glow.
-if your confused on where to exactly put the blush, suck your cheeks in, and lightly brush up and put it on over the sucked in part.
everything eyes
- i always use some kind of base. weather its foundation, concealer, or even your bronzer it'll make it easiar to apply liner and shadows
-the first thing i do, is take the lightest eyeshadow color, and put it under my eyes, and then use a sparkly light color to line the insides of my eye.then i use the light eyeshadow underneath my eyebrows to highlight them.
-i dont use lots of color, the most i use is gold.
big trend right now!
-use a black liquid liner to line out your eyes,
before you do, brush the wand against some toilet paper so it dosnt bleed down your face or look to heavy.
-on the bottom, only line halfway from the outside.
do the same on the top but make it a little thicker.
-dont stress about messing up, u can always take a qtip, stick it in your mouth and clean it up a little bit.
-then MASCARA!
my favorite.
first brush it againt some toilet paper so it dosnt clump on your lashes.
the slowly tilt your head up and look at the lashes in the mirror, and from the bottom lightly brush the lashes so they arnt tangled lol, and put another coat.
do a light one on the bottom
you dont need to do it all at once, mix and match
