Care Your Skin In The Right Way For Your Healthy Skin
To care your skin in the right way is quite important to every one of us as it directly concerns the health and appearance of your skin. A good care of your skin doesn’t mean an intensive skin care for it is difficult to spend much, money or energy on this work for most of us in our busy lives. You just need to do some basic care works to ensure the protection of your skin.
Let’s start from the day you open your eyes. The first thing is cleaning. You need to find a good cleanser which means your skin should responds well and the cleanser should with good cleaning effect. For different types of skin need different kinds of cleansers. For example, oily skin feels good with creamy cleanser. You will get a professional guidance in a drugstore. It is not true to wash your face over two times a day that will turn to be a hurt for your skin.
The next step is not needed to do every day. Exfoliation work is the step most people skip in their weekly skincare routine. Trust me; with a right way of exfoliation you will notice the immediate difference of your skin. There are three main ways to exfoliate: microdermabrasion, chemical peels and retinoid. This also belongs to the work of cleaning.
Moisturize is a must step to keep your skin in a good condition. It is a basic law of beauty to everyone, no matter what skin type she/he has. How about eye creams? Some experts believe it necessary to have eye creams because it is the weakest place on the face.
Then wear your sun block. This is just like an umbrella for your skin, which keep your skin out of the damage of the sunshine. It is necessary to wear sun block ever day, in summer, it is better to reapply sun block every few hours.
A good habit of life is also important for healthy skin. With enough sleep, you skin will look better. Here are some other tips such as: do not smoke, keep a healthy diet, take regular exercise, do not stay up late. You would be healthy in body and in skin only with healthy like routine.

First things first…if your dad is loosing weight, he does need to see a physician. Rapid unexplained weightloss can be the sign of a more serious underlying medical condition.
Since he has bed sores, he most likely needs a high calorie, high protein diet. However, this should be discussed with his physician.
Regarding V-8 fusion, this is probably a poor choice because is has no protein and is relatively low in calories and high in carbohydrates…something he will probably burn off too easily. A better choice will most likely be a nutritional supplement such as boost which is a higher calorie, high protein drink.
Next, regarding the sleep surface, it is probably a significant contributing factor. Due to his medical history and current bed sores, he probably is in need of a pressure relief mattress. If he already has a hosptial bed in place, I would discuss with his health care provider and the DME vendor about upgrading his mattress..it will probably still be a twin size, but he really needs to be on a pressure relief mattress…especially if he is non compliant with pressure relief techniques.
Finally is the true heart of the matter. Your dad has some overt signs of clinical depression. This may need to be addressed on both a medical and behavioral stand point.
Please take him to his physician and discuss all these matters.
Best wishes.
Addendum: I would recommend behavioral therapy in addition to medical held for his depression…he needs counseling, not just medication.

As far as im concerned, they'll go away. You're menu seems fine, just make sure it's healthy. Also take vitamins in the morning if you can. I wash my face very so often throughout the day, with just soap and warm water, such as every time i go to the bathroom, or just every few hours. If it's warm out or moist, i dry my face off with a dry hand towel very often, and that reallyyy helps with keeping the oils off your face. Even if its not moist out or just persperating slightly, i wipe my face anyway, because you can't feel the oils lol… BE STRESS FREE. having stress makes a chemical imbalance that doesn't help your zits at all, so have fun for this week ok? LOL gl ;]

if there is a problem that is holding you back from happiness then fix the problem however fixing and change of a problem is not wanting to be someone else. be happy that you have things to worry about because without them you would never know change and well that is what the beauty of life is. growing and blossomming which is of course change. a seed becomes a flower- but is the seed a flower? the seed wants to be the flower – is this wanting to be something it is not? no. it is merely a growth of self and see the beauty of it
through suffering comes learning. its what its there for
let the lesson teach you- waiting is a lesson in patience. desire is also a lesson in acceptance
