Well first of all, You should sit down with him in priviate and tell him that when he says those things, it really really hurts you and basically tell him what you just told us..
Tell him that you DO have a job, and your not even getting paid with gratitude. =/
Tell him that he agreed before you had your daughter that he would be fine with you staying home to take care of her and raise your other two kids better… besides, the only job you could probably get now is something crappy (not trying to be rude, but it would be rare to get a good job right now…sorry..) SO basically you'd just be making enough or just a lil bit more than it costs to have your child be taken care of by someone else..
And if you went to work everyday, then who would keep the house in order? Keep your oldest son on track everday? (i went to an online school for highschool so I know its hard to do it if your not being pushed cuz its sooo boring lol).
You do alot for your family, and you shouldn't wait for your husband to tell the kids to respect you. Your their mother and they need to respect and pick up after themselves… put your foot down. Tell your husband if he doesn't like it then when you get a job he needs to quit his, or if he can take a vacation for a couple weekdays show him what you have to do in a day and see if he can do it.
