veggie sushi? Brown sushi rice, vegetables (and tofu if you like it) and some seawead. Cook rices (and veggies if you want) then roll it up like sushi (look online if you dont know how to do that).
Throw some beans and homemade salsa into that brown rices of yours. and its kindof like a healthy taqco salad.
put things into your omlette (like veggies and such). When your done cooking it dont fold it, slide it out of the pan, roll it and then cut it. kinda like sushi (preparing thing you eat differently gives it new life)

A good brand of Dog Food, keeps all of these ingredients in the dog longer, like squeezing a sponge, it gets out more of the good stuff from the food, and a Cheaper brand, store brands, and discount brands, are more likely to make your dog go more often, due to the high fat and high grains, and less of the vitamin stuff.
