Why Aren'T You Using An Anti Aging Skin Care Guide? - Part 2

If you follow the tips listed in part one of this article as well as supplement that with the use of a high quality anti aging skin care treatment, you cannot help but to benefit from your actions by being able to maintain a youthful appearance. Now, let us examine and learn about what qualifies as a high quality skin care treatment cream by looking at 3 key elements that a skin care treatment must met.

Key Element #1

Any quality skin care product must help to fuel the production of elastin and collagen in your skin. As you may already know, as we age, our body not only produces less elastin and collagen, but these two key components that are responsible for healthy skin begin to break down which helps to speed up the aging process. In order to help combat this, a quality skin care treatment will contain key ingredients such as Nanobelle CoenxymeQ10 and Pytessence Wakame which will help your body to maintain the production of elastin and collagen, if not increase its production.

One big myth perpetuated by companies in the skin care industry is that there products contain collagen which will help slow down the aging process of your skin. What they fall to mention is that collagen, when applied topically to your skin is of no use since the molecules that make of the collagen in the creams are too big to permeate the pores in your skin. Simply put, in order for collagen to be beneficial to your skin, it must be produced by your body.

Key Element #2

Another key element of any quality cream is that it must have ingredients that help to alleviate the unhealthy appearance created by age spots as well as be anti wrinkle and a reducer of fine lines.

Key Element #3

The last key element to any quality skin care cream is that it should help to keep you skin hydrated and moist. Not only will the consumption of an adequate amount of daily water help to keep your skin soft and smooth, as mentioned in part 1 of this article, but a good cream will as well. Who likes to have skin that is dry, scaly, and unhealthy?

Even though this article series only touches on just a few aspects of any anti aging skin care guide, I hope that it will help to educate you on how to maintain healthy beautiful skin as well as make you want to learn more about how you can maintain a youthful appearance. After all, it is your skin we are talking about.

what kind of acne scars do you have? if theyre pigmented, those you can get rid of easily by using the following. pitted, im not sure it might be harder.

TEA TREE OIL! it also evens out skin tone and is known to get rid of acne scars. its cheap [about $10 a bottle] and is sold at trader joe's.

jason vitamin k cream. cheapest site- http://www.bizrate.com/skincareproducts/...

queen helen's mint julep masque, available at walmart for about $3. use no more than once or twice a week tho.

    witch hazel

    rosehip oil

clean & clear cooling daily pore toner [it contains glycolic acid, which means it erases acne scars]

try getting a moisturizer with spf 15 or higher when you go out. when your skin is exposed to the sun, hyperpigmentation may occur, and this causes ur acne scars to become darker.

i heard that lemon juice on cotton works on scars, but only use this if the above products dont work. also dont use if you have sensitive skin. i used it and it made my skin red and irritated. it has also helped alot of ppl tho.

well i was on google looking for healthy hair and skin tips and i found some cool ideas. here are some of them:
make a mask form eggs and sugar. they said its great for everyone. another one is once a week mix juice from an orange and some egg yolk and keep it on for about 10 minutes. also get lots of rest and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. make sure you get lots of nutrients and drink lots of water. also you can go to google.com and type in somethings like healthy skin tips. hope this helps!

p.s. also another fact i learned which is kinda gross but it seems to work is to take a unused toilet seat cover from a public bathroom and rub it on your face like a oil snatcher. it lifts the oil off of your skin.

for acne prone skin, why not try using water based products or those with alpha hydroxy acid

also, eating food rich in vitamin c (citrus fruits) and vitamin e(avocado) is also good to the skin..

orangey soaps are also good for pimpled skin…
